Freelancers Hub is a dedicated program for New York City freelance workers offering education and other resources. The Freelancers Union is currently a sub-subcontractor under an agreement between MOME and EDC, issued under the City’s master contract with EDC for economicdevelopment related services. The Freelancers Union operates a co-working space called the “Freelancers Hub” in the Made in NY Center and provides training and counseling to freelancers, many of whom work in the media and entertainment industries.
