IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice and New York City Criminal Justice Agency, located at 299 Broadway, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10007, to support release on one’s own recognizance (ROR) services. The contract term shall be from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024 with one two-year renewal option from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026. The contract shall be in an amount not to exceed $58,972,893.00. The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement Method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
