Since 2018, NYC Health + Hospitals (NYC H+H) facilities have been utilizing the Epic Electronic Medical Record System for clinical documentation and billing in Revenue Cycle. The transition to Epic concluded in March of 2020. All acute facilities encompassed in this RFP use Epic Clinical and Financial applications. NYC H+H is soliciting responses to the Request for Proposal (RFP) to engage in two scopes of work in one request. Vendors responding to this RFP may choose to respond to one or two scopes of work. NYC H+H reserves the right to select one or more vendors to provide each of the services described below: 1. Facility and Professional Coding 2. Professional Billing NYC H+H facilities has a number of arrangements with affiliates and faculty practice groups that dictate where the need for coding and billing services are required.
