Description

Pursuant to Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D), 3-04(b)(2)(ii), and 3-16(a) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to enter into a negotiated acquisition contract with The Children’s Village Inc. (located at One Echo Hills, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522) for the provision of an Extraordinary Needs Foster Care (ENFC) program for youth with Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) behaviors. The term of the contract will be from August 31, 2020 to June 30, 2022. The proposed total contract for this negotiated acquisition is $1,589,153.84.
