They enable the load balancing and high availability and give the ability to pull one server out of an application group to perform maintenance during working hours, reducing OT cost and ensures the fastest session and bandwidth will enable us to add or remove servers with no impact to the users. All web sessions are tracked by a session ID, making it possible to add web application servers knowing each connection will stay with one server. If one site or server goes down, the system will blacklist that site giving the network instant failover.
