ACS is currently developing a new Request for Proposals for comprehensive transportation services, for which new contracts are expected to be in place by 1/1/22. Until new services are implemented, it is very important for ACS to maintain continuity of services with current vendor for Pay-per-Hour car service. Pay per Hour Car Service is vital to ACS operations- this service is used to transport children in the custody of ACS to school, to medical appointments, and to visits with family. It is also used in the transport of ACS staff to citywide locations. This Negotiated Acquisition Extension will ensure that services continue uninterrupted until the new contracts resulting from the RFP are put in place.
