This negotiated acquisition extension is being utilized in accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules. ACS intends to use the negotiated acquisition extension process to extend the current contract from April 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022 to continue of these critically mandated services for ACS youth.
ACS is planning to release an RFP for the Foster Care continuum with anticipated award start dates of 7/1/2022.
