Description

The New York City Comptroller’s Office is seeking to engage an appropriately qualified firm to provide arbitrage tracking, calculation and reporting services for tax-exempt and other tax-advantaged debt issued by the City of New York (“City”) as well as additional tax compliance services.  All qualified and interested firms are advised to register to download the Request for Proposal from the Comptroller’s website, www.comptroller.nyc.gov beginning August 6, 2021, which fully describes the scope of work, minimum requirements and how to participate. To download the Request for Proposal (RFP), select “RFPs & Solicitations” then select “Arbitrage Tracking, Calculation and Reporting Services for Debt issued by The City of New York”.  Questions about the Request for Proposal be transmitted by email to opportunity@comptroller.nyc.gov.

An optional pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on August 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST.  Potential proposers interested in attending this virtual conference must register at least one day in advance.
