IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and Common Ground Management Corp d/b/a Breaking Ground Management, located at 505 Eighth Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10018, to develop and operate a Stand-Alone Safe Haven for Chronic Street Homeless Single Adults at GreenPoint Safe Haven located 83 Apollo Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222. The proposed contractor has been selected through HHS ACCELERATOR, pursuant to Section 3-16 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
