NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.


IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Homeless Services of the City of New York and Common Ground Management Corp d/b/a Breaking Ground Management, located at 505 Eighth Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10018, to develop and operate a Stand-Alone Safe Haven for Chronic Street Homeless Single Adults at GreenPoint Safe Haven located 83 Apollo Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222. The contract term shall be from May 1, 2022 to June 30, 2030. The contract amount will be $74,939,671.00.  CB 1, Brooklyn.  E-PIN #: 07122P0002001.


The proposed contractor has been selected through HHS ACCELERATOR, pursuant to Section 3-16 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
