Description

This is a “Requirements Contract” (the “Contract”) pursuant to which the bidder to whom the Contract is awarded (the “Contractor”) shall provide, during the term of the Contract, the City’s requirements for labor, “Materials” and equipment necessary to perform façade restoration work at various “Facilities” throughout the boroughs of Manhattan and the Bronx in the City of New York for Service Option 1.
