IN THE MATTER of a Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City Department of Small Business Services and Pinnacle Change LLC, 140 Broadway, 46th Floor, New York, NY 10005 , to provide project management services for the Small Business Pro Bono Consulting Program (“Program”). The Program goal is to connect small businesses from traditionally underserved communities, including Black-owned businesses, and small businesses located in the hardest-hit COVID-19 neighborhoods in New York City to pro-bono consulting services, Citywide.
