NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Department of Environmental Protection Offices via conference call, on June 17, 2021 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:


IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and McMillen JA Engineering, PLLC, 16W 46th Street, New York, New York  10036 for WFF-RGM: Roseton General Monitoring.  The Contract term shall be 2,188 consecutive calendar days with an option to renew for 365 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $11,875,824.84—Location: Orange County: EPIN: 82620N0001001.


This contract was selected by Negotiated Acquisition pursuant to Section 3-04 of the PPB Rules.


IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Henningson, Durham and Richardson Architects and Engineers, PC, 500 7th Avenue, New York, New York  10018 for 26W-148 DES: Facility Planning, Design and DSDC for the Dechlorination Facility and Upgrades to the Chlorination Facility at the  26th Ward Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility.  The Contract term shall be 2,984 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $5,947,351.14—Location: Borough of Brooklyn: EPIN: 82620P0025.


This contract was selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal pursuant to Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.


IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Aveva Software LLC, 26561 Rancho Parkway South, Lake Forest, California  92630 for CRO-616: Provision of Asset Management Services.  The Contract term shall be 1,095 consecutive calendar days with an option to renew for an additional 3 years from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $1,074,970.31—Location: Various Counties: EPIN: 82620S0009.


This contract was selected by Sole Source pursuant to Section 3-05 of the PPB Rules.


IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Tully Environmental Inc, 127-50 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, New York  11368 for 1566-BIO-3: Transportation of Beneficial Use of NYC Biosolids Generated at the 26 Ward Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility.  The Contract term shall be 1825 consecutive calendar days with an option to renew for two terms of 5 years from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $81,000,973.59—Location: Borough of Brooklyn: EPIN: 82621N0001001.
