Pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS has decided to extend the current contract agreement with this vendor utilizing the negotiated acquisition extension procurement method to continue providing these critical and state-mandated services.
ACS is planning a new RFP for these services with an anticipated release Spring 2021.
Description

The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to enter negotiations with the Lutheran Social Services for the continued provision of Residential Care services. Lutheran Social Services' headquarters is located at 475 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10115. In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use the negotiated acquisition extension process to extend the current vendor's contract from March 31, 2021 thru June 30, 2022. The total value of this contract is $5,423,996.77. This notice is for informational purposes only.
