IN THE MATTER of a proposed Contract between the New York City Department of Finance and LiRo Engineers, Inc., located at 3 Aerial Way, Syosset, NY 11566, to provide services for the Replacement of the Digital Tax Map System at the Department of Finance’s office located at 59 Maiden Lane, 26th Floor, New York, NY 10038 The contract amount is not to exceed $7,503,951.88. The proposed contractor has been selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
