NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER of a Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City Mayor’s Office of Contract Services and Blenderbox, Inc., located at 228 Park Avenue South, Suite 92796, New York, NY 10003, for the provision of the Redesign and Digital Expansion of NYS’s Social and Equity Indicators Report, Amendment #1.  The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract will be $118,750.00.  The term shall be from March 25, 2020 to June 30, 2021.  E-PIN #: 00220W8370KXLA001.

 

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
