NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

  

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Department of Buildings and DeSimone Consulting Engineering Group LLC d/b/a DeSimone Consulting Engineers, located at 140 Broadway, 25th Floor, New York, NY 10005, for On Call Emergency Building Assessment Teams.  The amount of this contract shall be $1,000,000.00.  The contract term will be from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023 with three one-year renewal options from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 and July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.  CB 1, Manhattan.  E-PIN #: 81021P0004001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
