The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to enter negotiations with Youth Advocate Program, Inc., for the continued provision of a Family Reunification program. In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use the negotiated acquisition extension process to extend their contract for one year from April 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022. This notice is for informational purposes only.
