Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held via a WebEx conference call on Friday, May 14, 2021, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Mercyfirst, 525 Convent Road, Syosset, NY 11791 for the provision of Treatment Family Foster Care Services. The term of the proposed contract will be from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. The EPIN is 06821N0052001 and the total contract amount is $3,169,317.20. The proposed contractor has been selected by means of the Negotiated Acquisition Extension procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
