Description

The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to renew its contract with MercyFirst for the continued provision of a Youth Reception Center program. In accordance with Section 4-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends renew this contract from May 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022. The total cost of this renewal will be $2,737,964.01. Any information concerning the provider's performance as well as any other factors relevant to the renewal, may be expressed by contacting Peter Pabon of the Office of Procurement at Peter.Pabon@acs.nyc.gov.
