Description

The City University Construction Fund (CUCF), on behalf of the City University of New York (CUNY), intends to procure Licensed Residential Broker Services for the disposition of one (1) residential property located in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under New York State Law. Proposals are due by no later than May 7, 2021 at 4:00PM. Respondents to this RFP must submit two (2) copies of its Proposal, one (1) copy electronically via email to ryan.murray@cuny.edu and one (1) paper copy to Ryan Murray, c/o CUNY Central Office Mailroom, 555 West 57th Street, 11th Floor, New York, NY 10019. In addition, proposers must meet the minimum qualification requirements set forth in Section IV of the RFP.
