Description

The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to enter into negotiations with the following vendors for the continued provision of a Treatment Family Foster Care program. In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use the negotiated acquisition extension process to extend their contract for one year from July 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022. This notice is for informational purposes only. Organizations interested in future solicitations for these services, are invited to do so by registering the NYC Mayor’s Office of Contract Services (MOCS) PASSPort system.
