IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Cultural Affairs and Society of the Third Street Music School Settlement, Inc., 235 East 11th Street, New York, NY 10003, for the purchase of two pianos, an IT system, and an AV system in addition to the initial outfitting of the Society of the Third Street Music School, Inc. The proposed contractor is being funded through City Council Discretionary Funds/Line Item Appropriation, pursuant to Section 1-02 (e) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
