The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to enter negotiation with Sheltering Arms Children and Family Services for the continued provision of a Residential Reception Center at ACS' Children's Annex. In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use the negotiated acquisition extension process to extend the contract from June 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022. This notice is for information purposes only.
