Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held via a WebEx conference call on March 5, 2021 commencing at 10:00 a.m. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF one (1) proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and the vendor listed below for the provision of Residential Care Services. The term of the proposed contract will be from March 31, 2021 through June 30, 2022. The vendor, EPIN and contract amount are: Vendor Name & Business Address EPIN Contract Amount THE CHILDREN'S VILLAGE 06821N0010001 $ 6,014,676.99 ONE ECHO HILLS, DOBBS FERRY, NY 10522 The proposed contractor has been selected by means of the Negotiated Acquisition Extension procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
