NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, ACCESS CODE: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between the New York City Department of Finance and Empire Electronics, Inc., located at 103 Fort Salonga Road, Northport, NY 11768. to provide Lenovo Thinkpads & USC Docks at the Department of Finance’s office located at 167 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11232.  The amount of this Purchase Order/Contract is $362,978.00.  The term shall be from February 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021.  PIN #: 83621IM0010

 

The Vendor has been selected by M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, pursuant to Section 3-08 (c)(1)(iv) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
