Description

This is a RFQ for 3 year blanket order agreement. The awarded bidder/vendor agrees to have SMD_MATERIAL_WINDOWS, ALUMINUM REPLACEMENT AND SNAP TRIM-readily available for delivery within 15 days after receipt of order on an "as needed basis" during the duration of the contract period. The quantities provided are estimates based on current usage and the new York City Housing Authority may order less or more depending on our needs. All price adjustable RFQ'S are fixed for one year after award date. One price adjustment per year will be allowed with mfg. supporting documentation only. Please note: NYCHA reserves the right to make award by line or by class as indicated. Samples may be required to be provided within 10 days of request. Failure to do will result in bid being considered non-responsive. ALL MENTION OF SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS IS CHANGED TO SUPPLY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, 90 CHURCH STREET-6TH FLOOR, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10008

Please note in the event of that NYCHA receives one response or no responses to an RFQ on or before the Bid Submission deadline, the bid should be extended for one (1) week Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy on NYCHA`s website. To conduct a search for the RFQ number; vendors are instructed to open the link: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/nycha/business/iSupplier-vendor-registration page. Once on that page, make a selection from the first three links highlighted in red: New suppliers for those who have never registered with iSupplier, current NYCHA suppliers and vendors for those who have supplied goods or services to NYCHA in the past but never requested a login ID for iSupplier, and Login for registered suppliers if you already have an iSupplier ID and password. Once you are logged into iSupplier, select “Sourcing Supplier,” then “Sourcing Homepage” and then reference the applicable RFQ PIN/solicitation number
