This renewal agreement has been registered by the Office of the Comptroller.  The Notice of Intent to enter into negotiations with IXP Corporation was published on June 19, 2017 thru July 3, 2017.

This is a sole source renewal contract.  IXP Corporation is the sole owner of the MDT system.  This procurement is for the continued maintenance of services from IXP corpoation for the NYC Sheriff's Mobile Digital Terminal (MDT) system, which enables the Sheriff's in the field to access the Parking Violations/New York State DMV and Police Department networks.  This maintenance is needed to ensure continuation of service, which can only be provided by IXP on a sole source basis.
