Description

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $500,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions. The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is issuing a solicitation to obtain a qualified vendor to furnish all labor and materials necessary to repair and install air compressors for the Department of Citywide Administrative (“DCAS”). Please see the attached solicitation for additional details. Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
