To build and increase the capacity of local Community Emergency Networks in one of the 26 communities identified by
NYC Department of Health who were disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 which is an
important step to assuring the resiliency and recovery of the city. This Small Purchase RFP is specifically
seeking proposers serving in one of the following communities of Manhattan: East
Harlem and Central Harlem; Lower East Side and Chinatown; Inwood and Washington
Heights.
