The New York City Police Department
Equipment Section is seeking bids from manufacturers for NYPD Belt Keepers,
four (4) per set, which all conform to NYPD Specifications.  Bid opening will take place at the NYPD
Contract Administration Procurement Division, 90 Church Street, Room 1206, 12th
Floor, New York, NY 10007 on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 2:00PM.  All potential bidders who may wish to make a
bid must include one (1) finished sample of the belt keeper according to NYPD
Specifications.  Failure to submit sample
will result in disqualification from the bidding process.  In light of current
circumstances, NYPD will conduct a virtual public bid opening on Thursday,
October 22, 2020 at 2:00 pm.  For
vendors who would like to virtually attend the bid open RSVP with your company’s
name, participant(s) name and email address no later than Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. via contracts@nypd.org. 
A link to the virtual bid opening will be sent to the emails addresses.  It is strongly encouraged
that all vendors submit their bids electronically via contracts@nypd.org. The
subject line must include the PIN and Description of the submission.  For those vendors that are
unable to submit their Bids electronically, there is a bid submission window,
[Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.] and [Thursday,
October 22, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.] at 90 Church Street, Suite
1206, 12th Floor, NY, NY, 10007.  For vendors who are going to
deliver their Bids in person, please first call Stephanie Gallop at 646-610-5225
in order to arrange a specific date/time (within the date(s)/time(s) set forth)
for the delivery of your Bid.
