The public hearing will concern the following:
IN THE MATTER of a proposed M/WBE small purchase contract between the New York City Law Department and Abrahams Consulting, LLC, located at P.O. Box 10-266, Staten Island, NY 10301, for Accellion, Inc. Kiteworks Secure File Share Solutions, Including Licenses, Server Installation and Training. The amount of this contract will be $175,034.00.
