Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2020, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, Access Code: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the New York City Department of Records and Information Services and BiblioTech, Inc., 5 Whittemore Place, Westbrook, CT 06498, for the provision of moving services for the NYC Municipal Archives warehouse in Brooklyn.  The contract is in the amount of $1,380,720.00.  The contract term shall be from the date of Notice to Proceed to June 30, 2021 with no option to renew.  E-PIN #: 86020N0001001.

 

The proposed contractor has been selected by Negotiated Acquisition method, pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
