NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, Access Code: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER of fifteen (15) proposed contracts between the Mayor’s Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) and the contractors listed below, to provide Alternative to Detention and/or Incarceration Services for individuals whose criminal cases are being adjudicated in Supreme and Criminal Courts in the jurisdictions as set forth below.  The terms of the contracts shall be from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 with one three-year renewal option from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025.
