 The public hearing will concern the following: 

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed M/WBE small purchase contract between the New York City Law Department and New Computech, Inc., located at 39 Broadway, Suite 1630, New York, NY 10006, for iManage Maintenance Services.  The amount of this contract will be $158,174.00.  The term will be for a period of one (1) year from  July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-08(c)(1)(iv) M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchases of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
