Description
Department of Homeless Services intents to enter into a Sole Source contract with ACF Technologies Inc. for Three Years (3) Support and Maintenance for Q-Flow Systems. The original purchase of Q-flow solution was done directly from the original developer of the solution which included hardware and software. The solution was customized for DHS to meet the business needs. At the end of 2019 Q-Nomy changed it sales model and now only work through channel partners as sole providers of their product. DHS's account was transferred to ACF by Q-Nomy as that was their internal agreement. ACF have a copy of DHS's system and it is the only one able to provide both the hardware and software support needed.
