NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Contract Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at 10:00 AM.  The Public Hearing will be held via Conference Call.  Call-in #: 1-646-992-2010, Access Code: 715 951 139.

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and Imagework Technologies Corp., located at 170 Hamilton Avenue, Suite 301, White Plains, NY 10601, to ensure the continuity of the program’s operating system (VRMS software).  The contract amount shall be $118,700.00.  The contract term shall be from September 1, 2020 to August 31, 2022 with a one-year renewal option from September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023.  E-PIN #: 81620S0012001.

           

The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
