IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Fire Department of the City of New York and Telvent USA LLC, 2620 E. Prospect Road, Suite 130, Fort Collins, CO 80525, for the provision, maintenance and support of the Telvent ArcFM Solution Software and its components. The contract amount shall be $692,062.00. The proposed contractor has been selected by Sole Source Procurement method, pursuant to Section 3-05 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
