Description

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, June 22, 2020 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following contract:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Network Communications International Corp. (d/b/a NCIC Inmate Communications) located at 607 E. Whaley St., Longview, TX 75601 to provide a Resident Telephone System at ACS Secure Detention Centers. The amount of this contract is $486,000.00 for the term of August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2023; EPIN # 06819P0003.

 

The Vendor has been selected by means of a Request for Proposal (RFP), pursuant to Section 3-03 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
