IN THE MATTER OF a proposed negotiated acquisition between the administration for children’s services and Binti, inc. located at 1212 Broadway, suite 200, Oakland, CA 94612 to provide foster parent certification software. the amount of this negotiated acquisition is $800,000 for the term of may 15, 2020 through may 14, 2022; Epin #: 06820n0008001.
The Vendor has been selected pursuant to Section 3-04 (b)(2)(i)(D) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules (Negotiated Acquisitions).
