NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Department of Environmental Protection via conference call on June 18, 2020 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Mott MacDonald NY, Inc., 1400 Broadway, 30th Floor, New York, New York  10018 for TOSC3-DS-A: Task Order Services to Provide Design and Engineering Ser vies for JOCS and Various Water and Sewer Projects.  The Contract term shall be 1,460 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $3,125,000.00—Location: Various Counties: EPIN: 82620P0007001.

 

IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the Department of Environmental Protection and Dewberry Engineers, Inc., 132 W. 31 Street, Suite 301, New York, New York  10001 for TOSC3-DS-B: Task Order Services to Provide Design and Engineering Services for JOCS and Various Water and Sewer Projects.  The Contract term shall be 1,460 consecutive calendar days from the date of the written notice to proceed.  The Contract amount shall be $3,125,000.00—Location: Various Counties: EPIN: 82620P0007002.

 

These contracts were selected by Competitive Sealed Proposal pursuant to Section 3-03 of the PPB Rules.
