Description
The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) intends to enter negotiations with Jewish Child Care Association of New York(JCCA) and CHDFS, for the continued provision of Parent Advocate services. In accordance with Section 3-04(b)(2)(iii) of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, ACS intends to use the negotiated acquisition extension process to extend the current vendors’ contracts by one year, from October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2021.
