Description
General Information/Brief Summary:
The consultants will provide the following services:

• Due diligence Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for site acquisition;
• Phase II soil and ground water investigations;
• Soil and ground water remediation design, installation, and operation and maintenance;
• Underground storage tank testing, removal, closure documentation and regulatory follow-up;
• Indoor air quality investigations and remedial recommendations; Emergency response services for
hazardous conditions, including hazardous material and petroleum spills;
• Potable water system evaluations and lead sampling.
