Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to hire a consultant to provide Construction Management (CM) services for the construction of
Shafts 17B-1 and 18B-1, and the installation of equipment and appurtenances associated with these two new shaft facilities. Shaft 17B-1 and 18B-1 are part of City Tunnel No. 3, Stage 2 Queens-Brooklyn.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: January 14, 2020, 10:AMA, NYC DEP, 59-17 Junction Blvd, 3rd Floor Training Room C, Flushing NY 11373.
Attendance to the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory but recommended. Please limit attendance to no more than two representatives from each firm to attend.

SITE-VISIT: A site visit has been scheduled following the Pre-Proposal Conference. Specifics regarding the site visit will be provided at the pre-proposal conference. Personal Protective Equipment required.
