Modifications sought to the nature of services performed under the contract: During the various phases of the project, additional functionality and features were identified by the CAS and ES teams for enhancements, stability and support of the system. Based on the business needs and necessities of CAS and ES, the new task order will focus on the additional functionality and feature requests.

Reason(s) the agency intends to renew/extend the contract: The reason for the extension is to allow the vendor to complete the implementation of the newly completed development work that will be in support of our partner agencies. During this time a complete knowledge transfer will be completed between the vendor and the newly identified ITS Application Maintenance and Support staff, which will allow for a smooth transition of support.
