IN THE MATTER of a proposed Purchase Order/Contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and Youth Studies Inc, doing business as a Program Evaluator located at 155 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, to provide consulting services for the Family Enrichment Center (FEC) Project.
