A copy of the contract, or excerpts thereof, can be seen at the Office of the Comptroller, One Centre Street, 8th Floor South, New York, NY 10007, Monday through Friday excluding holidays commencing on 12/2/19 through 12/6/19 between 10:00 A.M. - NOON and 2:00 P.M. - 4:30 P.M.
