NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Office of the Comptroller of the City of New York in the David N. Dinkins Municipal Building, 1 Centre Street, Room 2230 conference room, Friday November 1, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. on the following:
IN THE MATTER OF a proposed contract between the New York City Office of the Comptroller and Mitchell International, USA, located at 6220 Greenwich Drive, San Diego, CA 92122, for the Implementation of Third Party Administrator (TPA) Software to Support the Provision of No Fault Medical Claims Processing. The value of this contract shall be $533,000.00. The term of the contract shall be for period of five years and six months from written notice to proceed, with options to renew, for a cumulative renewal period not exceeding four years and six months. The proposed contractor has been selected by means of Negotiated Acquisition Method pursuant to Section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules.
A draft copy of the contract will be available for public inspection at the New York City Office of the Comptroller, One Centre Street, Room 1225, New York, New York 10007, Monday through Friday excluding holidays, commencing October 22, 2019 through October 31, 2019 between 9:00 A.M. to Noon and 1:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
