There will a pre-bid on 9/17/19 located at 96-05 Horace Harding Expressway, 4th Floor East Conference Room at 10AM. Site visit to follow at 1PM, Oakwood Beach WRRF, 751 Mill Road, Staten Island, NY 10306.
