The City University of New York is releasing this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) to determine interest in a public-private development of the site located at 1 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, New York. RFEI responses will be used to assist CUNY in the development of any future, formal competitive solicitation for Site development.
The RFEI will be available for downloading at: www.cuny.edu/cunybuilds on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. There will be a Site Visit on held on October 16, 2019. The time and location will be provided by addendum later. Please confirm attendance by emailing the Designated Contact at Amsterdam.RFEI@cuny.edu, and include the Name and Title of your Firms’ Representatives. This procurement is governed by the NYS Procurement Lobbying Act set forth in State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k.All communications regarding this RFEI must be made through the designated point of contact, Michael Feeney (the “Designated Contact”).
