NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held at the Administration for Children’s Services headquarters located at 150 William Street, 9th Floor - Conference Room 9C-1, Borough of Manhattan, on Monday, September 30, 2019 commencing at 10:00 A.M. on the following:

 

IN THE MATTER of a proposed contract proposed contract between the Administration for Children’s Services and the vendor (listed below) for the provision of a Family Reunification Program. The term of the proposed contract will be from August 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020.

A copy of the contract, or the draft scope of services, is available for inspection at the New York City Administration for Children's Services, Office of Child Welfare Services, 150 William Street, 9th Floor, Borough of Manhattan, on business days from September 18, 2019 through Monday, September 30, 2019, exclusive of holidays, between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.  Please contact Mr. Peter Pabon of the Office of Procurement at peter.pabon@acs.nyc.gov to arrange a visitation.
